Cruder Than Crude, 2022
Designed for L1 brief ‘Words in Motion’Winning piece for Creative Conscience 2022
In this paired project with @Bonas.Designs, we set out producing a short film inspired by a speech made by Greta Thunberg regarding the climate crisis. The animation combined video with stop motion, using analogue processes to echo her speech and communicate a personal response. ‘Cruder Than Crude’ aims to reiterate the severity of this growing problem in the form of sudden black and white visuals with a human touch.
