Colum’s Colourful Suits

My chosen reason was seeing my head lecturer, Colum, and the colourful matching suits he is famous for wearing. For me, the logical process was screen printing onto fabric, focussing on his favourite suit colour - sky blue. The paint splatters were significant as when asked ‘How do you keep your suits so clean?’ he replied: ‘I don’t wear them when im cycling’.
However, the real gem in this project was noticing the screen print tables on campus. Left behind after each print is a complex and colourful array of diverse designs, most of which will be discarded at the end of the year.
